Please see the attached letter from NHS England regarding assurance of service provision to patients during the Christmas period.
NHS England have also taken this opportunity to request that providers provide them with an emergency telephone number of a nominated person that they can contact during an emergency. This number would be held on their database and only used when absolutely necessary.
