NHS England-South(Wessex) have confirmed that there is a free and dedicated telephone translation account service called “Big Word” and no invoicing is required.
To apply, you need to email your practice details to include a contact name to [email protected] with ‘Translation Services’ in the subject line and the responsible team will help to set up an account.
