Help Us Help You is a powerful new way to frame our conversations based on the principle of reciprocity which empowers both service users and staff – that by following their advice, people can help NHS experts help them stay well, prevent an illness getting worse, take the best course of action and get well again sooner.

We have created three different packs (GP, Pharmacy and Community) to see what is in them check pages 17, 18, and 19 of the campaign slide deck. NHS 111 posters will be going into each pack.
- Community packs are suitable for all settings (that is not a GP or pharmacy – for which see below). These are available to order now and will be dispatched from week commencing 8th October.
- Every GP practice in England will automatically receive a free Help Us Help You GP pack in the week commencing 8th October.
- Every community pharmacy in England will automatically receive a free Help Us Help You pharmacy pack delivered by the Healthcare Distribution Association UK (HDA UK) between 10th – 26th October (the majority of these packs will be delivered w/c 15th Oct.
