Please note this urgent directive from the Secretary of State Matt Hancock
Matt Hancock has approved a temporary measure in England which means that patients will not need to sign prescription, dental and ophthalmic forms for a period of five months, up until 31 March 2021.
This suspension has been brought in to help avoid cross-contamination in the handling of paperwork when collecting medicines or receiving dental and eye care.
