Dear Colleague,
I am inviting you to participate in a short online questionnaire.
The questionnaire is being distributed on behalf of the Northern Ireland Clinical Research Network (Primary Care) and aims to collect your views about the application of minimal intervention techniques in permanent teeth in General Dental Practice.
The questionnaire should take approximately 5 minutes to complete and all responses will remain anonymous.
