Please look out for the following document:
The Nomination Form to stand for election to the Hampshire and Isle of Wight LDC – nomination deadline the 17th June 2021
Please ensure that the Nomination Form is circulated within your practice/organization to ensure that all dental performers working within a NHS Dental Contract/Agreement have the opportunity to stand for election.
The LDC is very keen to build on its performer contact database because it has been found that many LDC communications tend to reside at contract provider level.
The LDC Administrator seeks replies to this invitation by email to thereby update our contact information and to ensure that all dental performers receive timely advice, notices and contact from the Local Dental Committee.
