The Winter Wellness Fortnight campaign for NHS and Primary Care colleagues starts on Monday and the Enhanced Health and Wellbeing Programme HIOW would love for you to share their timetable of events with your colleagues through your internal comms and staff networks. They have online cooking classes, fitness sessions, Q&A menopause session, live yoga and much more to share with NHS and Primary Care colleagues.
All staff can access the online Zoom and Teams sessions via this page on the People Portal: https://bit.ly/3EZpu8m. If people can’t make the live sessions, they will follow up with links to recorded sessions after the campaign. These recorded sessions will be available to watch on our YouTube channel.
To help promote the campaign, you have:
1. A short intro video from chef Natasha who will be running four live cooking classes, download the video from Dropbox here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/nz68

Look after you this winter
A series of online health and wellbeing sessions to help NHS and Primary Care colleagues stay well this winter begin this Monday (10 January).
As part of its Winter Wellness campaign, the Hampshire and Isle of Wight (HIOW) Health & Wellbeing team will host healthy cooking classes, live yoga sessions and talks on how to eat, sleep and exercise well over two weeks (10-21 January).
Hilary Todd, Programme Director of the HIOW Health & Wellbeing programme, said: “We know this is a difficult and testing time and that these events won’t solve the enormous pressure staff are facing. The sessions may offer a bit of respite and some light information, techniques and new skills which can have a positive effect on wellbeing. All sessions will be recorded – so no pressure to attend on the allotted time slots but people are more than welcome if they can.”
