Please be aware it is a statutory and contractual requirement for primary care providers to declare brief details of complaints associated with their NHS care by submitting a KO41b return.
If you’re a dental provider, you must submit:
- a KO41b return for each contract you hold
- brief details of complaints made by or on behalf of patients between 1 April 2021 and 31 March 2022
NHS England need your contract number(s) to get started, which you can find in Compass.
The deadline to submit is 11:59pm on Friday 9 September 2022.
