Conversations on Burnout
Hazel Anderson-Turner returns for a second series of conversations on Burnout. In this five-part series Hazel and colleagues will delve into the different aspects of burnout, how it presents and some tools and techniques for recognising and understanding what support you might need.
The second series also looks at some more specialist topics such as Neurodiversity and Menopause and their relationship with burnout.

HIOW Staff Physio Service
If you are experiencing musculoskeletal symptoms such as joint/muscle pain, or you have had a new injury, you can refer yourself to any one of 22 locations across the region most convenient for you. No need for a GP referral.
In a recent satisfaction survey, over 70% of colleagues said the Staff Physiotherapy Service has prevented them needing to access support from their GP/other health professionals for their MSK issue.
Please note – we ask that you keep to the same location each time.
* This service is open to employees from University Hospital Southampton, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, Solent NHS trust, Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Isle of Wight NHS trust and not students or agency staff.
