Wellbeing Walk & Talk
Everyone is welcome to join the Walk and Talks. The aim is not to achieve the fastest time nor walk the farthest distance; rather it is to meet up with colleagues, to chat and get some fresh air during daylight hours. So don’t put it off and don’t miss out – check out the walk dates on the poster and email the group leader of the walk you wish to join and let them know that you would like to come along.
