HM Revenue and Customs will be updating the Employment Status Manual (ESM) — ESM4030 to remove specific occupational guidance for associate dentists. This was first announced on 6 September 2021 and publicised in the December 2021 Employer Bulletin. This is a further reminder with just two months to go.
