Leadership Circles: Create safe spaces
A ’safe space’ gives the opportunity for a person experiencing intense pressure or stress to get away, decompress, re-charge and perhaps make sense of things.
The space itself may take the form of a pause, a quiet physical environment, or a forum for interacting with others. Individuals are likely to need different things at different times, and this is a good time to understand the lived experiences and needs of the people that you lead.
Whether you manage one person or a team of people, Leadership Circles provides a space for people managers at all levels to come together, share their experiences, be heard and work through complex challenges.
