And the next quarterly Wellbeing Leads Shapes masterclass is on Tuesday 13th May 12.30-2pm online with Drs Rachel Morris and Sarah Coope.
This is an interactive opportunity to support those who support colleagues with aspects of wellbeing, so includes team leaders, managers, supervisors, appraisers and mentors and this masterclass title is “How to avoid a stress cascade in your team.”
Some organisations have told us they have had success in increasing sign-ups from printing out copies of the flyer and posting them in strategic places, to increase awareness of the programme that is available to all!

Supporting People During Midlife
A half-day session is open to anyone focused on workplace best practices, supporting and retaining people as they go through midlife. You can learn how to support colleagues and team members by making reasonable adjustments while having a balanced view of policy and guidelines.
Your registration is a commitment to attending this session.
Content will include:
What and when is midlife?
The business case for supporting individuals in the workplace, the legal considerations, potential effects on work and performance, what individuals want in the workplace, and keeping the topic on the agenda with individual commitment and actions moving forward.
This is supported by a reference book that will be sent as a PDF to each attendee who stays for the full half-day session. The session is worth 3.5 CPD points/hours
