NHS England has now published contract variations relating to the amendment of the GDS/PDS regulations to allow ICBs to unilaterally re-base dental contracts where there is persistent under-performance. ICB’s are encouraged to use these powers to work with practices to improve dental contract delivery and ensure that the dental funding available to them is utilised for clinical care.
