For World Menopause Day and Menopause Awareness Month, we’ve pulled together a collection of helpful resources, tools, and engagement sessions to support our staff navigating menopause.
Let’s break the silence, raise awareness, and empower each other through every stage of menopause.

Webinar
The health and wellbeing are supporting World Menopause Day to help create a more inclusive and compassionate NHS workplace.
Menopause can significantly impact the physical and mental wellbeing of staff, yet it often goes unspoken. By acknowledging this life stage and promoting open conversations, we can help to reduce stigma and ensure colleagues feel seen, supported, and empowered.
They are hosting an online event (via MS Teams) on Thursday, 23rd Oct 2 pm – 4 pm, and they are thrilled to be joined by Clinical Lead and Menopause Specialist, Dr Caroline Taylor. Caroline will be sharing all things peri-menopause and menopause – including symptoms and treatment options. The Health and Wellbeing Team invited to bring questions and also hear what resources and adjustments are available for NHS staff across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
This event is open to all NHS staff working in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight (and all staff working in SCAS).
