NHSE WT&E Thames Valley and Wessex Dental Directorate is currently recruiting new dental practices and dentists for their 2026-2027 Dental Foundation and Dental Therapy Foundation Training schemes.
They are looking for dentists who have been graduated for 4 years and who want to develop their career by helping to educate and develop a new dentist or therapist graduate who often stay within the practice environment longer term.
Being involved in foundation training can have a positive effect on the whole practice team and really enhance patient care.
Their recruitment begins in December, and they will be running some webinars early in the New Year to provide additional information.
