Today Public Health England will launch a series of new e-learning sessions to improve the knowledge, confidence and skills of all health and care professionals in preventing illness, protecting health and promoting wellbeing.

The new interactive e-learning sessions, developed by PHE in partnership with Health Education England, offer bite-sized information on a range of key public health issues. Sessions are now available for the following topics: cardiovascular disease, adult obesity, antimicrobial resistance, homelessness, physical activity, social prescribing and giving children the best start in life – with a further 15 sessions being developed throughout 2019 – 2020.
