The long awaited announcement has been made.
The UDA threshold will move up to 60% from the 1st April for the next two quarters but the cliff edge will remain at 36%.
Orthodontic contract requirements will increase to 80% with similarly sustained cliff edge arrangements.
NHS England has made some concessions around potential reforms and a more clear picture of what flexible commissioning and adoption of contract reform might look like in the future. However, as yet, I do not have these details.
