We have been asked to circulate the attachment below which details a consultation that is being carried out by the Department of Health and Social Care relating to PPE provision. If any practices wish to participate in the survey please do so using the link with the attachment which directs you to the Government website explaining the background and has a link at the bottom of their website where practices can complete the survey.
We are unable to answer any questions relating to the survey or PPE in general and these should be addressed to the PPE portal please.
