NHS dentistry is at breaking point and this year’s NHS pay round is more important than ever. We need to make the case for appropriate uplifts on pay and contract expenses on your behalf.
As part of the evidence gathering process for the BDA’s evidence submission to the DDRB, all associate and practice owner members in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and a sample of members from England, will have recently received an email inviting them to take part in a short General Dental Practitioners survey.
Please check your inbox & junk folder, for an email with the subject ‘It’s time to have your say! – DDRB 2026/27 pay uplift’. The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete, and the responses are vital to our ability to submit robust arguments and evidence to the DDRB on issues of pay, expenses, recruitment, retention, motivation, and morale. All members who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 voucher.
Any support you could also provide by sharing this message with your colleagues and peers would also be greatly appreciated, to help us achieve the best possible response rate.
