Menopause Webinar: International Women’s Day
H&IOW Health and wellbeing are celebrating International Women’s Day to help create a more inclusive and compassionate NHS workplace.
Menopause can significantly impact the physical and mental wellbeing of staff, yet it often goes unspoken. By acknowledging this life stage and promoting open conversations, we can help to reduce stigma and ensure colleagues feel seen, supported, and empowered.
They are hosting an online event (via MS Teams) on Thursday, 5th March at 2:30 – 4.00 pm, and we are thrilled to be joined by Clinical Lead and Menopause Specialist, Dr Emily Tyrrell. Emily will be sharing all things peri-menopause and menopause.
There will be a Q&A session at the end, so please feel free to bring your questions
