From the Primary Care Bulletin the latest information on eDEN:
New unscheduled care reporting for 2026/27 is now available in eDEN to help contractors understand and monitor delivery of the mandated unscheduled care requirements. The dashboard brings all unscheduled care data into one place and allows providers to track performance on a monthly and year‑to‑date basis.
Providers and practices can register for eDEN online. Registration is straightforward and typically completed within a few working days.
In addition to unscheduled care reporting, eDEN provides access to a wide range of contract performance data and dashboards, supported by user guides, training materials and a dedicated support team. For help, contact dataservicessupport@nhsbsa.
