THE HAMPSHIRE AND ISLE OF WIGHT LOCAL DENTAL COMMITTEE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING BY ZOOM – WEDNESDAY, 7th May 2025.
On behalf of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Local Dental Committee, I would like to invite you to attend the AGM on Wednesday the 7th May 2025.
The virtual AGM will commence at 7.00pm by Zoom and invitations to attend the meeting will be circulated by 6.00pm on the 7th May to those that have registered to attend the meeting. The AGM will conclude at 8.00pm.
The Agenda and draft Minutes of the last AGM (2024) will be circulated to those that have registered to attend by Tuesday the 6th May.
Those dentists in the Hampshire and the Isle of Wight area who intend to attend the AGM must confirm this by registering their interest with the LDC Secretary: [email protected] and by copying in the LDC Administrator: [email protected] by Monday 5th May 2025.

Notice: H&IOW LDC Election 25th April 2025
The Hampshire and IOW LDC will soon be holding its biennial elections for membership of the committee.

The deadline for nominations is 5.00pm on Friday the 11th April 2025
The LDC requests that this election notice letter received by NHS Contract Providers is also circulated within your respective organizations to ensure that all dental performers working within an NHS Dental Contract/Agreement have the opportunity to stand for election.
The LDC Administrator seeks replies to this invitation by email from all NHS performers that are active on the NPL to thereby update our contact information and to ensure that all dental performers receive timely advice, notices and contact from the Local Dental Committee.
We do require your positive consent to add your contact information to our database.
