THE HAMPSHIRE AND ISLE OF WIGHT LOCAL DENTAL COMMITTEE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Venue: Best Western Chilworth Manor Hotel, Chilworth, Southampton, Hampshire, SO16 7PT
Meeting Rooms: GK Chesterton and The Library
On behalf of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Local Dental Committee, I would like to invite you to attend the AGM on Wednesday the 6th May 2026.
The AGM will commence at 6.15pm and conclude at 6.45pm. Light refreshments will be available after the AGM from 6.45pm.
The Agenda and draft Minutes of the last AGM (2025) will be circulated to those that have registered to attend by Tuesday the 5th May.
The draft accounts and all other supporting reports or information will be distributed at the meeting.
Those dentists in the Hampshire and the Isle of Wight area who intend to attend the AGM must confirm this by registering their interest with the LDC Administrator: emily.percival87@gmail.com by Monday 4th May 2026.
